读书会分享人培训班 Training Program for Facilitators of Books Sharing Session

观音基金会希望能通过此培训，召集对带领读书会有兴趣的大众，成立观音基金会“读书会分享人小组”。此培训旨在训练能带领读书会的分享人，让参与者学习如何带领读书会；了解分享人的基本态度及所需要的技巧，以便日後能独立的带领及策划读书会的活动。此外, 参与者也将受邀请成为基金会义工, 负责策划基金会 “每月一书” 活动。

This training Program is to :
• Train people who interested to facilitate book sharing session;
• To find volunteer and form a group who interested in organising & planning book sharing session.

The contents of the training include： concept for “book sharing session”; basic attitude required for book sharing facilitator, learn and practise to facilitate book sharing session.
