Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen
Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen was born in Riwoche, Kham. While in Tibet he studied all the teachings of the Nyingmapa, and learned Tibetan medicine. Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen is not only a very learned Khenpo, he is also very good in divinations (mo) and house pujas.
When Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen was about 24 years old, he walked from Tibet to Nepal to meet Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche whom he has heard a lot and has great desire to meet him. After he met Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and received a lot of empowerments, teachings and instructions from him, he became one of his close disciples. During his 3rd year at the shedra (institute) where he was studying, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche called him and presented with a set of books and said that he has been chosen and instructed to be a teacher. This is amazing because it usually takes 6-7 years of study before one begins to teach in the college. He was enthroned as Khenpo in 2003 by Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche.
Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen is well versed in all teachings as well as rituals. Few years ago, Rabjam Rinpoche (spiritual heir of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche) and Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche made him the main teacher to the reincarnated Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen Rinpoche will have the duty to teach young Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche all teachings and rituals. Nowadays, Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen is the main instructor of the reincarnation of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
Before Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen left Nepal for Malaysia, Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche gave him special instructions and empowerments whereby it will benefit the people of Malaysia. It will be of great blessings to meet Rinpoche and get these empowerments and teachings. Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen is also able to dispense Tibetan medicine and is open for consultation and is able to perform divination.
Khenpo Rinpoche Yeshe Gyaltsen has also been instrumental in having a clinic build near his native village in Riwoche in eastern Tibet. Although this clinic has been built in 2004, it still needs to be equipped and provided with appropriate supplies of medicines. There is also a need to provide salaries to the medical personnel.

Buddhism, General / Buddhism, Tibetan
In this book, two great Tibetan Buddhist masters of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries challenge us to critically examine our materialistic preoccupations and think carefully about how we want to spend the rest of our lives. At the same time, they provide practical guidance in following the Buddhist path, starting from the most basic motivation and culminating in the direct experience of reality beyond the reach of conceptual mind.
The root text is a teaching in verse written in the nineteenth century by Patrul Rinpoche, one of the outstanding teachers of his day. In the accompanying commentary, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche (1910-1991)—lineage holder of the Nyingma school and one of the great expounders of the Dharma in Europe and North America—expands upon the text with his characteristic compassion and uncompromising thoroughness. Patrul Rinpoche’s fresh and piercing verses combined with Khyentse Rinpoche’s down-to-earth comments make a concise whole that is unusually complete in its scope.
